These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

ROJIAURA reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About ROJIAURA

ROJIAURA is a luxury fragrance brand incorporated and operationally managed in the Republic of India.

All products are handcrafted in India and shipped from India to domestic and international customers.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

ROJIAURA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders where these conditions are not met.

4. Product Nature & Representation

ROJIAURA candles are handcrafted in small batches using premium materials.

Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

  • Minor variations in wax texture, fragrance intensity, vessel finish, or packaging may occur;
  • Fragrance perception may vary between individuals;
  • Product images are representative and may slightly differ from the final delivered product.

Such variations are natural and shall not be considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on your location.

ROJIAURA reserves the right to:

  • Modify prices without prior notice;
  • Correct typographical or pricing errors;
  • Cancel orders arising from pricing inaccuracies or technical issues.

Full payment must be successfully completed at checkout using approved payment methods before order processing begins.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

ROJIAURA reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order at its discretion;
  • Limit quantities purchased;
  • Request additional verification information before processing.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & International Orders

All products are shipped from India.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations;
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer;
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Brand name and trademarks
  • Logos and designs
  • Product names and fragrance concepts
  • Images and packaging designs
  • Website layout and written content

are the exclusive intellectual property of ROJIAURA and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, duplication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Safe Use Disclaimer

Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly.

Customers agree to:

  • Follow all candle care and safety instructions provided;
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended;

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper or unsafe use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROJIAURA shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or fragrance sensitivities;
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations:

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this website or purchase of products.

ROJIAURA reserves the right to initiate proceedings in any competent court having jurisdiction over the customer’s location where necessary to enforce its rights.

11.3 International Consumer Rights

For orders shipped outside India:

  • Indian law shall govern these Terms;
  • Mandatory consumer protection laws of the destination country may apply where legally required;
  • ROJIAURA does not voluntarily submit to foreign jurisdiction except where required by mandatory law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

The language of arbitration shall be English.

Any arbitration award shall be final and binding.

13. Force Majeure

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs delays
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
