1. Shipping Policy

ROJIAURA partners with carefully selected third-party logistics providers and courier agencies for domestic and international deliveries. All shipments are handled independently by such service providers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery services are performed by external carriers and are subject to their operational policies and limitations.


1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders are processed within standard business processing timelines, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier operational capacity
  • Weather disruptions
  • Regulatory or security inspections
  • Force majeure events

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon dispatch to the courier partner.


1.2 International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Shipments are handled exclusively by third-party logistics providers.
  • Customs clearance is governed by the laws of the destination country.
  • Import duties, VAT, customs charges, or regulatory fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

ROJIAURA shall not be responsible for customs delays, seizures, regulatory holds, incorrect import declarations by the buyer, or additional charges imposed by authorities.

In case of shipment refusal by the buyer due to customs or duties, return shipping costs and associated losses may be deducted at our discretion.


2. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch, and craft-based nature of ROJIAURA products:

All Sales Are Final.

No refunds are provided on:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized items
  • Limited edition or seasonal collections
  • Opened or used candles
  • Products purchased during promotional events
  • Rewards-based purchases

2.1 Mandatory Damage Reporting – 48 Hours

If a package is received visibly damaged, crushed, leaking, broken, or compromised:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 48 hours automatically voids eligibility for exchange.


2.2 7-Day Damage Exchange Policy

An exchange may be considered only if:

  • Damage is reported within 48 hours
  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Clear unboxing video (continuous, without cuts) is provided
  • Photographic proof of outer packaging and internal damage is submitted

ROJIAURA reserves sole discretion to:

  • Approve or reject exchange requests
  • Determine whether damage occurred in transit
  • Request additional verification

Upon approval:

  • A replacement order may be processed
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Processing timelines may vary

If the product is unavailable, ROJIAURA may issue store credit at its discretion.


2.3 Strict No-Refund Policy

ROJIAURA maintains a strict no-refund policy to preserve:

  • Product integrity
  • Brand exclusivity
  • Quality assurance standards

In extremely rare and exceptional cases, at our sole and absolute discretion:

  • Reward Points may be issued in lieu of a refund
  • This is not guaranteed
  • 99% of purchases remain non-refundable

The issuance of Reward Points does not constitute an admission of liability.


2.4 Rewards-Based Purchases

If a product is purchased using 100% Rewards Points:

  • The order is strictly non-refundable
  • Rewards redeemed cannot be reinstated
  • No monetary refund will be issued

If partial Rewards + monetary payment was used:

  • Only the monetary portion (if any) may be considered under exceptional review
  • Rewards component remains non-refundable

ROJIAURA reserves the right to void rewards in cases of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.


3. Exchange Refusal Conditions

Exchange requests will be rejected if:

  • Reporting exceeds 48 hours
  • No unboxing proof is provided
  • Product shows signs of use or tampering
  • The damage is cosmetic and does not affect functionality
  • Incorrect delivery address was provided by the buyer

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

ROJIAURA’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Emotional dissatisfaction with fragrance
  • Personal preference changes
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Minor variations in color, wax texture, or fragrance intensity

Handcrafted variations are not considered defects.


5. Policy Modifications

ROJIAURA reserves the right to:

  • Amend this policy at any time
  • Modify exchange eligibility criteria
  • Update processing timelines
  • Withdraw replacement privileges

Changes may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
