The ROJIAURA Rewards Program is designed to extend curated privileges to our customers.
1. Earning Rewards
- Rewards are automatically added on eligible purchases
- Eligibility may vary depending on product type and total cart value
- Certain items may not qualify for rewards
- Rewards calculation is system-generated and final
2. Rewards Usage
- Rewards may be redeemed during checkout only
- Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash
- Balance can be viewed under:
My Account → Rewards
(my-account/rewards/)
3. Full Rewards Purchase
If a product is purchased entirely using Rewards Points:
- The order is non-refundable
- Rewards used cannot be reinstated automatically
4. Program Modifications
ROJIAURA reserves the absolute right to:
- Modify reward structures
- Change earning ratios
- Remove benefits
- Suspend or terminate the program
This may occur without prior notice.
