PRODUCTS & CANDLE CARE
We use a premium soy and coconut wax blend selected for a clean, slow, and even burn.
Burn time varies by size, but most candles offer approximately 50+ hours of burn time under proper care.
As each candle is handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in finish or texture may occur.
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn to ensure a clean and steady flame.
Fragrance perception varies based on room size, airflow, and individual sensitivity.

RETURNS & SUPPORT
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

For hygiene and quality reasons, fragrance exchanges are generally not permitted once opened.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
