By purchasing, accessing, promoting, gifting, or using ROJIAURA products or digital platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms.

1. Assumption of Risk & Product Safety

ROJIAURA candles are open-flame products and inherently involve fire-related risk.

By purchasing or using our products, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You assume full responsibility for safe usage.
  • Fire hazards are inherent to flame-based products.
  • Proper supervision is required at all times.

Customers must:

  • Burn candles within visible range.
  • Keep away from children, pets, fabrics, and flammable materials.
  • Use on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.
  • Trim wick before each use.
  • Follow all care instructions provided.

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for:

  • Fire damage
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Burns or accidents
  • Negligent or improper usage
  • Use contrary to provided instructions

All risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

2. Health, Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

ROJIAURA candles contain fragrance oils and wax blends.

By purchasing, customers acknowledge:

  • Fragrance sensitivity varies individually.
  • Allergic reactions are subjective and unpredictable.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring ingredient compatibility.

ROJIAURA shall not be liable for:

  • Sensory dissatisfaction

Customers with medical sensitivities are advised to consult professionals prior to use.

3. Fragrance Performance & Expectation

Fragrance experience depends on:

  • Burn duration
  • Individual scent perception

Scent strength and throw are subjective.

Dissatisfaction based on personal scent preference does not constitute a product defect.

4. Artisan Variation & Aesthetic Characteristics

  • Natural frosting or surface variations are normal.
  • Seasonal batch differences are possible.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Strict Claims & Reporting Control

To prevent misuse and fraudulent claims:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Continuous unedited unboxing video proof is mandatory.
  • Edited, cut, or unclear footage may result in automatic rejection.
  • Claims submitted beyond policy timelines are void.

ROJIAURA retains absolute discretion in evaluating claims.

False claims may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Refusal of future service
  • Legal recovery action

7. Zero Tolerance Fraud & Chargeback Protection

ROJIAURA actively monitors for:

  • Payment fraud
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Rewards manipulation
  • Coordinated refund exploitation
  • False non-delivery claims

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks with full evidence
  • Share documentation with payment processors
  • Block accounts and IP addresses
  • Pursue civil legal remedies

Fraudulent activity may be reported to financial institutions and competent authorities.

8. Social Media & Influencer Conduct

ROJIAURA protects its luxury positioning across all platforms.

Unauthorized actions including:

  • False partnership claims
  • Misrepresentation of affiliation
  • Undisclosed paid promotions
  • Manipulated content harming brand reputation
  • Fabricated product issues for engagement

Are strictly prohibited.

Influencers, affiliates, and creators must:

  • Disclose sponsored relationships
  • Avoid misleading claims
  • Maintain content integrity

ROJIAURA reserves the right to demand removal of harmful content and initiate legal action where reputational damage occurs.

Constructive feedback is welcome. Malicious intent is not tolerated.

9. Product Resale Restriction

ROJIAURA products are sold for personal use unless expressly authorized in writing.

Without written approval, customers may not:

  • Resell under altered branding
  • Distribute through unauthorized marketplaces
  • Modify packaging or labeling
  • Re-bottle or re-market under another identity

Unauthorized resale may result in:

  • Termination of purchase privileges
  • Trademark enforcement action
  • Commercial damages claims

10. Intellectual Property Protection

All content including:

  • Photography
  • Logos
  • Website design
  • Marketing materials

Are the intellectual property of ROJIAURA.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal enforcement.

11. Reputation & Defamation Protection

Any attempt to:

  • Publish knowingly false statements
  • Coordinate negative review campaigns
  • Spread defamatory content
  • Damage brand goodwill for leverage

May result in legal action under applicable cyber and defamation laws.

This includes anonymous or pseudonymous activity.

ROJIAURA actively monitors brand misuse.

12. International Compliance & Sanctions

ROJIAURA does not knowingly transact with:

  • Sanctioned individuals
  • Restricted territories
  • High-risk jurisdictions

Orders flagged through financial screening systems may be suspended or canceled.

Compliance with international trade standards is strictly maintained.

13. Digital Platform Security
